Without seeing pictures of the place, it's hard to say for sure. 

Pictures to me just look like a normal nice house someone would live in - not a fun vacation spot with a theme. 

Looks like you got a photographer in there but it looks like the pictures were taken as if it is a LTR. 

It entails verifying leases, contracts, and financial records in order to acquire a comprehensive picture of the property's financial health.

There's just so many moving parts to a property, that it's hard to relay the full picture across state lines.

Property was used as a movie set for a major motion picture.

I have rented one place on furnished finder and that turned out great, but the whole platform is not super user friendly and most of the listings are very poorly listed (terrible pictures or only a couple of pictures, description is 2 sentences, even saw one place that didn't even have shower curtains!).
