I still cannot believe that this virus will come through and we pause the world with no major negative economic impact.So, I'm playing my game with tighter qualifications for acquiring property, while selling some of the properties that were acquired less strategically and more opportunistically over the last few years.

Out of state is an option for us.I have been reading on BP for a while and paused last year for personal reasons.

Is it safe to assume by now that as an investor I should put a pause on buying rentals & wait for something to happen with the Housing market?

His argument later was that he was accommodating and willing to let them in.I paused the listing, let the clock run out for the week or so left and told him to get out or I'd have him removed.

Hmmmmm.... i might put a little pause on this and do some research into a loan that better fits what u want to do.  

The economy was intentionally put on pause this spring in response to the COVID-19 health crisis.

SO, I understand why investors would take pause at your deals from MLS. 

We had an accepted LOI in early March, but rates were jumping around on a daily basis and we had to put that one on pause (they ended up doing a refi because they got an incredible deal).  

This feels like the simplest task, but the potential for someone to hurt themselves in the process and us be on the hook for it has got me pausing.
