do you have an offer from a builder currently and by builder do you mean your house is a tear down and rebuild.. or just a rehabber who is looking to rehab the home and flip it ?

Painting, for instance- an amatuer could take their time and paint a house over the course of a couple weeks and do a great job, but a professional crew could do the entire job in a day. 

I mean one of these posters was told their "turnkey" property had dangerous sidewalk conditions questioning how "turnkey" the property was and their response was the tenant's don't care about the sidewalks.
