As mentioned above it depends on your goals as well as what each options provides you. 

In a nice suburban neighborhood a large bathroom with a standalone tub can add a lot of value, but the addition of a second bathroom is also important.Do you have an option of making a slightly smaller master bathroom and having a half bath or smaller bathroom with shower stall in the other bedroom? 

I've seen lot rents from $150 per month for low end trailer park trash, $350 to $450 for higher end parks depending on the amenities offered.

With countless loan options, complex terms, and strict lending criteria, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

@Tayvion Payton   -  my guess is that you are still too far off the price, at least in the interim but it is always good to put in an offer, because they may come back to you down the road. 

The first time this happened, the board of directors got an email showing trash everywhere, and HOA management offered to get "their people" out there to clean asap. 

@Matthew Posteraro I'm a big fan of starting with the 5% options. 

Most of us start with cheaper properties, frankly, because often it's the only option.
