Hello ~ new to the game and have been listening to BP podcasts. 

New to this platform, long term listener of BiggerPockets podcast.

Just listened to episode 449 of the Real Estate Rookie podcast with Diem Martin. 

It's possible that they heard a little bit too much from the fair housing commission and are now considered a "professional tenant"Usually these people will not listen keep withholding payment, and take advantage of the system as much as possible.

If you like to change light bulbs and listen to tenants whining, then you don't need a PM ;-)
