I never see any commerical multifamily listings (probably for obvious reasons) and just scrolling through once (not daily) will let you know if there's any substance there.

Sure, you've got a form vs substance argument but it's a slim one at best.  

I know a lot of people 'at the bottom' trying to sober up from substance abuse that have lost everything.
