Last Ill governor is in prison, so no surprise.

If caught, they would have done a few years in prison, which is where they were headed anyway.

Apparently the guy from wolf of Wall Street who scammed people out of millions and once convicted was order to pay some 140M in restitution still hasn’t some 15 years later.Point is people who lost money with Morris because they can’t sell or were just flat out scammed will likely never get it back.If we’re lucky he goes to prison if what he did is criminally wrong not civil.

In my area they are notoriously difficult to negotiate with. 1.)

This is a poor part of the country (northern New York), and the local economy is prison-based.

I'd rather my family enjoy our own four walls and space, and have a slightly slower growing process with my properties than be a "prisoner in my own home".

They even talk about the highest level strategy, prison hacking.

Coolidge doesn't have a big employer base, but it isn't far from Florence which is the county seat where the majority of the government buildings are for the Pinal County, including several of the states prisons which is a huge employer in Florence.  

Though they are losing some control, they are trying to get this life-cycle economy into its retirement phase.Though most are flourishingly unaware of it, Boomers are insatiably ravenous consumers (and notoriously awful savers). 

The guy is in federal prison for 10 years.
