If I could make a phone call and pay a few grand for the initial installation and a few hundred each year for the next few until the cost goes to zero, I would do this all day long.I think there's also a moral component here.

Moral of the story: if done right this might work out very well for you.Doing a weekly show is a big commitment, so be careful about getting yourself into a situation where you have this long term tenancy that you can't get out of if you can't (or don't want to) do the show anymore.
