If I could make a phone call and pay a few grand for the initial installation and a few hundred each year for the next few until the cost goes to zero, I would do this all day long.I think there's also a moral component here.  

For those of us treating our STR's as a business, we are making business decisions with upstanding moral and ethical practices.

I know we have plenty of that even in my own family.I think it's a short leap from that to, "The only reason I don't succeed financially is that I'm not willing to compromise my ethics and personal morality to the point that other people do.

Moral of the story: if done right this might work out very well for you.Doing a weekly show is a big commitment, so be careful about getting yourself into a situation where you have this long term tenancy that you can't get out of if you can't (or don't want to) do the show anymore.

Agents are held to a moral code by their associations (NAR) and brokers assume the risk of an agent's actions.

Many historic guys say vinyl dies early, can't be painted, is ugly, morally wrong, etc.

The moral of the story judicial foreclosures, which is what you are gong through is really one of the most "fair" things we have in our legal structure.
