Only just to clarify, you'll actually be awarded company stock (EXPI) for selling real estate and reaching certain milestones, not receiving stock options.  

I was able to obtain my first verbal contract today which is still a milestone for me.

Picking a small time contractor for a large job, and then, paying them on a time schedule instead of milestones.

That way you can set expectations on what is needed, and then create milestones to get there.

In my head (which I warn goes astray at times...lol) I see something like perhaps meeting on Monday mornings and everyone sets or shares a goal or their milestones for the upcoming week.

For larger jobs it might be paid in 1/3rds or some other payment schedule that makes sense for the particular job...If it’s larger than that there is generally some kind of milestone to be able to identify as a point where another payment is made.

I believe I need strong tools to negotiate with the GC whom I will hire and double check his performance on a weekly basis (ex: spliting payment as he hits each milestone or pass each inspection from COSJ building department), so I started building the platform including the comps, ROM construction cost estimate and schedule templates, bid and contract packages, etc.
