Yes - I know anybody can sue anybody for anything, but as crappy as the situation is(no pun intended) I would be pretty embarrassed to be involved in this kind of lawsuit - directly or indirectly.

In fact, I just got through selling off all of my Phoenix properties for this very reason + I think it is possible that I will not get a better selling opportunity in the next few years as I got with this summer's hot market (pun intended).The only other thing I'd add is that I've "flipped" every single property I've ever purchased, I just flip them to the rental market and not the sales market, so a hybrid approach is also possible.
