People don't have control over the operations of a syndication as a limited partner but they do have control over what syndication they put their money into as well as what operator they invest with.

I have been trying to avoid the coaching programs (limited capital) but it seems like I might need one if (and/or)  not a lawyer on retainer to sort  through it all.

If the bank is imposing some limitation on the buyer (e.g., it cannot be the borrower), then what you're trying to do may be to circumvent some limitation.

Compare that to Vegas, where rules can be restrictive and condo-hotels often come with sky-high fees or limits on how you can use your property.

I am somewhat limited with time but have right mindset.

So far I got only individuals with a rent limit of 1200-1600is it  common to let  2 - 3 individuals who don't know each other rent the house?

Main thing to consider Id say is the occupancy limit on unrelated people living together.

@Darrell Overly  there are certainly enough mobile homes in the area around phoenix (East Mesa/Apache juction) but your issue may be the age of the homes and any limitations the park has on renting.
