Some will tell you that you get different kinds of callers from letters than from postcards.Use a vendor like YellowLetters.com that already has postcards with good messages and art.

They don't need jobs and they actually see moving to Asheville as a downgrade/better deal then where they are moving from.Asheville has a really good art scene, excellent food options and plenty of outdoor activities.

Near Gannon, there are many restaurants in old 1800's buildings, a city park that hosts special events, a convention center with flagship architecture, a community playhouse that performs Broadway plays, the Warner Theater which hosts various performers and the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra, an art museum, a civic center that is home to the Erie Otters (ice hockey) among many other events, a ball field that is home to the Erie Seawolves (minor league team), and a Starbucks on 5th and State St.

Direct train service to NYC (50 min train ride), lots of restaurants, very walkable downtown, MAYO performing arts center with some good acts cycling through, and lots of bars/ nightlife which appeals to younger crowd a make it a hot rental market.
