Is their ANYONE on this board with negative nellies in their family,influence circle???

The hedge fund traders and wall street insiders - those are the ones that know what's going on because they are influencing the market.

The improvement costs are a direct reflection on what I might make as profit and influence my decision on what improvements I can make.  

Double close is perfectly legal, but some banks have convinced the title companies to play by bank rules because the banks have so much influence and leverage.

Therefore this charge helps influence resigning of the lease even if I increase rent.Late Fees- I charge 10% of the monthly rent because rent shouldn’t be late.

Through a few good influences in my life including BP I've learned that I want to be responsible with my money and put it toward something that can increase my quality of life.

For the record, much of this has a strong influence on why I do not think partial loans sales should be talked about as much as they are by the inexperienced.  

However, the fed announced last week it would start adjusting interest rates, so the libor will likely adjust too because our dollar is much too strong agains the european currencies that influence the libor.

That way you reduce the impression that you may have unduly influenced an elderly person.
