It seems like every other month we have a new reason why to stay indoors.

If you have an indoor pool you MUST have a dehumidifier installed down there.  

They are incredibly inexpensive ($25-35 for indoor ones), they have local storage and can be cloud recorded for $1/month/camera.

I might not be able to offer an indoor pool or gym but I can offer early / late luggage storage.

I'd make sure to tell her to either remove or lockup anything of value so that's not an issue or have her buy an indoor camera if she's concerned about theft.

So I personally love animals but not necessarily for my tenants;)  If someone is mindful, IE has a dog who is crate trained or a cat who is indoor/outdoor (no litter box bc they use outside) that's pretty telling and we will likely approve the animal and tenant so long as there is no competition.
