For instance, Is the home in a destination hot-spot for short-term rentals like Airbnb and VRBO and or is it in a thriving, long-term rental market? 

It is one of my "hotspots" for my investors, and I have quite a few clients in that area.

I'm also thinking of using a cheap cell phone Hotspot and ring cameras. 

Where are the hot spots where investors buying and selling?
