I'm not a lawyer but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.Legally you have the right but as others have mentioned if your currenttenant is present they can say anything.

The $30 is the annual fee for the REIA and basically goes to cover refreshments at the monthly meetings and the holiday party in December.
