Public official such as court clerks are there to serve the public with archive access to specific case files or, in some cases, demographic and health statistical metrics.

Before being an insurance agent I was working in the health care industry for almost a decade.

I've had situations where I've hired guys and they've either had financial issues or health issues that delayed my jobs.

But before that happens, I shall offer up my dilemma for you, in hopes that I might solicit some kernel of wisdom from one or many of you kind souls... 

My whole dilemma is why should I put 100k into remodeling this property when I could easily just sell it quick for 150-175k and be on my way to other investments?
