Based on suggestion from here, I'm already going to put a rock strip down the center of the driveway to make it very obvious where the driveway ends for each side. 

However, I am open to a greater area than just Austin and would be willing to search anywhere between Austin and SA or north to Round Rock, etc. 

And finally, AC is trying once again to make a comeback...this time with the first Casino since the Revel opening in 2018 (Hard Rock) and Stockton University bringing a campus to AC (also set to open in 2018).Is anyone else investing in Gardner's Basin or considering it?

I wonder if they used a perforated pipe without the sock on it... my understanding is these usually have some crushed rock over a perforated pipe with the liner over it to prevent dirt plugging it up.

You can throw a rock and find deals in north city.

Those two features alone can be worth the cost of a rock star agent but yes, you can buy/sell RE without agents.

Kyle Baron In many of these instances you will spend more $ chasing down what is owed.Many people who flake like that don’t have a lot of money and as the saying goes: you cannot get water out of a rock.

Too much rock, too little water, too much heat in the summer, winters are nice.
