The reason I say that is that the SLo is made to sound so easy and it's the most difficult lease-option arrangement on the planet and if you need to ask that question, you aren't ready.But, in any deal, you need to know your market, what sells, find out what buyers want and what inventory moves.

So I would take my thoughts with a grain of salt. the grass is not always greener and i would certainly not sell just to try to chase yield in far off places of the US Unless your moving up in asset class..

any private lender can offer 50% LTV with 6% interest rate.if you want 2% for the investment rental you need to be citizen :) if the gov. opened the door for everybody in the planet to invest with 2% then there will be more housing price increase.
