What if someone opened up a park next to his within those same good school areas he mentions in the podcast?

I grew up in the Milwaukee area, went away for school to The University of Iowa (Go Hawks), and now I am back and thrilled to be working in property management and helping people reach their real investment goals.

I plan on getting licenced during some downtime from school just to have it under my belt.

Go to school, go to trade school, go to a library, get a 2nd, 3rd job, there is simply NO excuses.     

I bought won a GND program but since the home was not in the school district it was declined.

While I wouldn't center a STR around 5 home games in the fall and a graduation, there is usually a lot more going on in these types of towns to keep it busy.

We decided to focus on time home buyers, which is typically a young couple with kids looking for; a good school district, a backyard, 3bed room two bath, home, two car garage, a basement, an updated kitchen and bathroom, all painted an interesting neutral color scheme.
