Central Ave. is gorgeous, but, it is next to the Highway noise and on both sides the condition of the houses goes down to abandoned and overgrown.

I will say we just sent out 1200 letters using a pink #10 envelop and our callbacks are phenomenal.

If the outside is perfect, the inside will probably be in decent condition and if the outside is trashed, you can figure the inside is a mess.3) Age of home, if the outside is in good shape, but its an older home, be prepared for pink bathrooms and blue carpet.

It’s like watching HGTV and thinking every house has gorgeous hardwoods under the smelly carpet.

In fact, it looks rather nice with the granite which is gorgeous. 

For example, the tiles, toilet, and bath tub are a puke green and funky pink.

I don't care if they park on the lawn, paint the walls pink, use nails instead of pins in the walls, or anything else that owners tend to do.

I'd put in a small dishwasher there if it's big enough.Yes the pink paint should go.
