I built a house there and I enjoyed the golf course and other amenities during that time. 

I have read some stuff about some issues they had in the far past on a development, but that was before they built their current hotels, Kasa Parota & Kasa Riviera Maya.

The longer that you are in the real estate investing game, the more that you realize that actual wealth is built through appreciation.

I live in North Georgia and a few people have said the town in general has declined since the casino was built but I figured that would draw more interest and the numbers still look pretty good.

The market was very favorable from 2012-2021 for this type of thing, but eventually I would think the house of cards they have built will fall down (probably starting now as I saw they have recently tried to sell some projects off at prices that nobody would ever pay, including one of my buildings they bought for way too much, which is still worth less than than they paid for it but they are asking way, way more). 

Wealth is built slowly over time, with consistent discipline.

I'm not sure if you're in the flatter northern half of the State or the hilly south half and/or if a berm could be built in the backyard or who, if anyone, has a yard that joins yours.The challenge of course, if finding the right person.

However building built in 1922.....I have tried THREE (17,000), steadily can't find a carrier, Statefarm, Farmers, Amfam.  

Starting young: As someone just starting out at 18, what would be the best way to build a foundation for wealth?

And secondly, I just don't like not having my hands on the wheel.So, with that said, who has built a in-house team?
