So any time you go to refi or sell one of the houses (including your personal one), or get a new loan (even a personal car loan), this UCC could pop up and be problematic, as the terms state the SBA must give approval in writing (which it appears in the past they are not fond of doing).

Not sure how you could have boxed it, if there is a passageway adjacent to the refrigerator.I'm not fond of the trendy top mount bowls - they require fancy faucets that typically don't give "pressure" to the water flow.
