I wouldn't count on a roof warranty anyway - most contractors are llc's and can fold up & re-open on any given weekend.

Installing vinyl over the outside isnt a huge process, just nailer strips and the fan fold insulation goes between, would really pretty up the outside.

I use 9x12 colored envelopes with a letter inside and stack card with call to action inside and the dollar bill is actually attached to the letter and folded.

I was referring to Chris mentioning the crowd, I won't say more, don't need to.My posting here is really two fold, one is to try to educate between the shouting of poor concepts, ideas, attitudes, perceptions and just bad advice with hopes that those entering on in RE give more consideration to dealing at a higher, more professional level, as it's better for everyone.

The difference is, will it cost you money lost through mistakes as a result of not knowing what you are doing (or being given bad advice by people pretending to be experts), or is it going to cost you in the form of an INVESTMENT in tuition that you will not only be able to write off on your taxes, but will help you earn that tuition ten fold in short order?
