The structures will drift to what was being offered before "Big Money" entered the space and the 85%/100% structure may not make a return.

@Tony Moreno For the next few months, I would continue to sock away money, look for deals, and find a partner who has the funds to float the deal you want (do you have a family member who just pulled monies out of the stock market?). 

But for Airbnb owners that don't have the reserves and want to keep their places, I'd take a loan to float you through a few months and survive to fight another day.
