I have previously built a bunch of single family homes and turned around an underperforming Storage Facility.

I would like to use my equity to buy more rentals, or build more properties or expand outside of the rentals into rv parks, storage, or tiny home villages. 

And along the way sell some apartments and pocket those fat commish checks I sold a 5 mil one a few years back and that was a smooth 100k in my jeans for a couple weeks of scouting finding and following it to the close..

Subdivisions, RV parks, resort-style developments/venues, storage, warehouses, small office, etc.

I always suggest using some kind of cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) with an easy-to-follow folder structure.

I use that example since I just PAID a $750K wholesale fee last year to an investor who put in the reps, and had a smoking self storage deal under agreement for a steal... and I was HAPPY to wire them the funds.

He speaks about doing this through syndication operation such as acting as the underwriter/sponsor/manager of anything from multifamily, land, buying businesses, self storage or anything that will make you money for that matter.
