i.e. if I sell my Primary in January 2025, and I cannot find a replacement Primary to purchase (or cannot win any offers) - can I stay with a family member - until I am able to find AND win an offer on a replacement Primary residence?

Any other bidder has to write a check for that amount, PLUS the amount over that to reach their winning bid.

Another comment: A year ago I told someone that marketing to raise money would be 10-15% meaning expect to spend $10-15k to raise $100k and anything under 7% was winning if done at scale.

I would say best case is that given political climate, those in control of economic directions take a step back from all political influence as it poses a no-win scenario, and heavily relies upon guidance, direction and leadership from economic/finance professionals to a degree much more significant degree than prior.

You can use it as an STR or LTR so rents are more of a win based on options.You want to be able to spread your capital around to more than one big investment especially when your NOI is going to be better on 2-3 versus one!
