You want to find a balance of investing experience, but strong track record of multifamily sales (which you can see on their Zillow profile).

In my experience stoves and refrigerators have WAY less issues than washers, dryers, and probably dishwashers. 3.

Those deals are rare and starting off with such a good experience is amazing. 

Unfortunately cap ex usually catches up to them and the appraised value rarely translates to a similar sale experience and all along the property has merely been a highly levered property.
