Inventory is a bit healthier in 92101 and the condo/townhomes are competing w/ the numerous highrise apartments for rent. 

I embrace the contrarian mindset.

Physical: Being frugal will help you eat healthier, have more energy, workout more often etc.

I also hope it's embraced without significant successful NIMBY pushback.
