Would they at least confirm that the list was an electronic copy?

I have paper applications, but have been trying to get everyone to use electronic applications via Cozy.  

We do not accept DocuSign or other electronic signatures.

You will also need a good plan, know it front to back, maybe even have an electronic presentation with the data laid out.

What is the best way to collect rent electronically.

Not required in CA, maybe elsewhere, but certainly a good idea.I have either signed in person at the property or electronically, and either way I keep the original and email a copy to the other party.
