After seeing a bad review I left, they tried to get the post removed by reporting it; call me; and then eventually removed the plumbing bill after getting negative publicity.

I'll handle rehab cost, management and yearly expenses etc...and would like to build a nation wide company consisting of low income-luxury buy and holds, fix and flips, commercial, development and eventually branch out to vacation rentals as well.  

I'd be willing to rent it to them, and sell it back to them eventually, but am not quite sure how to structure it.

While vacation rentals aren't a huge drop in the home supply bucket, they're not nothing, and any reduction in home supply for primary residences will eventually push prices up.

It's been a while since we used them, we eventually had a broker find us a carrier for our portfolio and they don't require fixes like that (although we have a high deductible).
