I would say this was the least organized BPCon (no cevent App, poor email distribution, my workshop that was $300 had about 20% attendance rate) I have been to, with the worse room problems (both ac and hot water problems in my room), and the hurricane issue (they cancelled the meal but many of the restaurants required reservations that we did not make because we were expecting the meal), and in my opinion worse keynote speakers even when one was a repeat (I like David Greene keynotes, but …), I enjoyed this BPCon more than the others I attended.

Reminder:Ground improvements qualify for bonus depreciation.This includes various landscaping.Roads and external parking areas.Sidewalks and pathways.Fences.Utility systems (including the installation or improvements to water, sewage, drainage, and electrical systems).Outdoor lighting.Rec facilities (like playgrounds, sports courts, and swimming pools).And more.It's a big category for depreciation/bonus depreciation that we love.

This weekend I have a family moving in to one of our properties due to their own home got some major water damage inside.

I disagree as the attic would make a perfect bedroom, even though it cant officially be called a bedroom, for a kid and I took all the steps to make sure that there would be no water issues in the basement (Dug drainage along house, added "pond liner" and waterproofing tar along exterior of basement walls).

One will not cover damage covered by water damage 'from above' and then theother will not cover damage caused by water 'from below' (flood) and then they cross reference them and don't pay at all.The good ole Insurance people will do anything to not do their job, which is to pay for their clients damages.There is $$ available through FEMA, but it isn't much and good luck getting it.Question is......even if you can get some money do you rebuild in the same locations?

One they fixed (AC not working), the other they got to a barely acceptable state (hot water and pressure).My favorite part related to the conference was on shuttle to the airport.

Pays power but water /sewer are unpaid for 2 years & accruing in my name & they won’t shut off water to an “occupied” house.
