Been with them 8 years, they've never missed a payment and they give detailed quarterly status reports.

If I understand correctly, you're suggesting that we should focus on the big picture rather than getting caught up in minor details?.

I would assume the reviews they have with them are on the lower side, and bigger PM companies are known to struggle with attention to detail on properties.
