Eventually they caved went through the meeting and when everything was done i got them to go down 10K off the asking price and pay 5K towards closing costs.It took me about a year to fix up the rental unit.

I would take guests there for barrel tastings in his Caves..

Many families want a play room for the kids, a crafting/scrapbooking room for mom, a workout room, a home office, a "man cave" to watch the football game, etc. 

There was another AIR BNB thread on here I believe last year sometime and the person finally  got AIR BNB to cave in and make it right.

The management company caved.

But I ended up going inside with him and I was so glad I did… because there was some sort of crazy water damage and all the ceilings had caved in and it looked like the whole thing g had been underwater at some point.

I found this one vacant property that was so messed up that the stairs leading to the doorway was caved in.  

We knew we were in for a partial gut... but if the roof was caving in or the foundation was failing - I certainly was going to back out.

He said he wanted to go into a cave and hide so they could not find him to exercise them and buy him out because "if you can get 10% a year on my investment I never want the principle back" .
