I don't know much on eXp as they don't have what I would call a strong market presence here, but I havn't heard bad on them either. 

I work for one of those non-tech orgs which also has a DC presence...the new normal has already been implemented.

It looks like they design your website and help you with your online presence. 

Someone could have said, ok, I have a really good feeling Amazon is going to pick Newark NJ for their location to open a headquarters being they have a presence there already (Audible) or some other reason you think it’s going to happen.
