I did go look at it, knew it was accessible by dirt road, and did a lot of research into who owned the easement.Won the auction, paid a tax title company to get clear title (right of redemption is 3 years). 

You'll need a good local management company.

Look for your states offer to purchase contract online or contact a realtor to get a blank copy. review the agreement to be sure assignment is not expressly excluded. if there is nothing excluding assignment from the contract then writing the words "/And or Assigns" after the name or company's name on the buyer's line should be sufficient.Good luck!

Also, SAAS platforms are supposed to include support and service (that's the last S), but the quality varies greatly from company to company. 

That said, if you are working for a company that does not allow real estate in their 401(k) setup (most dont allow) then I can see where you might look at where is best to put my hard earned dollars. 

We would appreciate recommendations for either insurance companies and/or agents. 

With technology and the right culture property management companies can be successful with a mix of local and remote team members.
