What do you do to ensure that the tenant is responsible for security deposit disputes since that is the largest reason for owner lawsuitsHow familiar are you with the newly changed laws that can affect you the owner if they are not used correctly?

The reasoning from 2 was COVID and another said they changed the laws response to 2008. 

This might change.

Property prices determine rental rates, which are determined by population change.

I held each until a change in either market price or net asset value resulted in the REIT stock discount being lowered by 30%.

I FIXED THE ROOF AND CHANGED SOME DOORS THE PROPERTY WAS BROUGHT IN GOOD SHAPE !
