At the moment, I believe the following tasks are NOT delegatable and remain core tasks:-Developing relationships by providing value-Getting smarter through learning, taking action and speaking with people-Being healthy - mental health and physical health through fitness/diet-Casting a vision or strategy for your life and your team's lifeSome tasks I believe can be delegated/systematized:-Finding deals - with help of brokers, wholesalers, marketing-Scheduling -through softwares like calendly-Property management through traditional property managers or digital assistantsThese are just a few that come to mind. 

That’s all I’ve been doing, read about 10 books so far and listened to all the pod casts😂 super excited to get started!

@Cheryl Vargas Facebook groups are a good idea however I use Zillow and Facebook marketplace to cast a wide net.

The hallway bathroom has some tile that would need to be repaired and it has a cast iron tub that has a few chips in it.

I recently started listening to the pod cast (starting from the beginning) and it has been so helpful!

If plumbing is really old, cast iron, just get it replaced. 

I remember listening to a BP pod cast and the investor talked about asking questions.

Cast radiators can be worth some serious money.
