Weather patterns might shift but since a lot of AZ water comes from the Colorado river basin and that covers a HUGE area I am betting that water will still flow to AZ eventually. 3) If the planet warms northern climates will have longer growing seasons, absorbing more carbon. 4) If the oceans warm there will likely be more plankton growth, absorbing more carbon.

Curious to hear what they come back with.Renting out a part of your basement is no different than renting out a room in you house as long as it meets all general safety requirement (access egress, carbon+smoke detectors, ventilation, etc).
