Full re-pipe and re-wire, full sheetrock downstairs (ceilings too), upstairs just new texture, all doors replaced, all cabinets replaced (upper and lower), all new flooring (enigineered wood, tile and carpet upstairs), etc.

He checks everything though, cabinet hinges, appliances, windows, roof, basement, exterior bricks, door operation, strike plate alignment, everything.

I got a message from one of them saying that they need to get out of the lease asap - their partner has a temper and has caused damage to the unit, the tenant also sent photos of a hole in the wall, damaged door and trim, and something thrown in the kitchen staining the kitchen cabinets.

Installed granite counter top and managed to save original cabinets, refinished floors, added in unit laundry which I think made a huge difference.
