I've had to fix 2 toilets, multiple sinks, microwave, door hardware, stove burner ring replacements, window AC units, and random other crap.When this stuff happens, it's often late at night (when tenants are home the most to wear crap out) or during the weekends (again, when tenants are home the most using these things).

In Texas, and I imagine most other places if you call a plumber the licensed guy does the work or has to be onsite.Anyway, sorry for my tone, I have a sealed hot water heater where the pilot light keeps going out after about 5 minutes of full burner.

Central Air, every burner on stove, oven, well pump, all lights, dryer, and when I measured the amps at the breaker panel it was about 130 amps on one leg and 110 on the other.

If not change the batteries on t-stat and try again.If it doesn't you need to check for power to furnace, and if that doesn't work you can check the doors on the furnace to see if they are tight and the door switch is engaged.A normal sequence of operation would be the induction motor comes on, after a few seconds, it will check whats called a sail switch to ensure it is venting air, at that time the glow plug should come on, and following the gas valve opens, firing the burners, the flame sensor will check to ensure that the flame did light to ensure burners light, and then the blower motor will engage.
