The have plans to revitalize the Hollywood park casino and surrounding lot, ALL 200+ACRES OF IT!!!  

“Use of the casino facilities” was the answer.Here is the platinum condotel’s Info....One is that owners cannot stay in their units for more than 29 days in a row due to zoning regulations.

Close to the casino and all the improvements in South Bethlehem.

and well Geez the city grew out to me and right across the street is the largest Indian Gaming Casino in CA... called Graton.... and my property came into the city after 26 years zoned mixed use resi... and I have of course listed it for 3 million... no takers yet.. but who cares what I make... as long as I disclosed up front paid cash... the city limits are one lot away and lots on the other side are still non buildable and value is not much.. ( won't perc) 

With the expanded Apple campus in the works, the new casino, and the city announcing "Project Elevate," I do not see this changing any time soon (even with the new builds going in). 

Any references to companies that understand that every property is not going to be the Penthouse @ (insert casino) ? 

A train running from Philadelphia, the integration of more college satellite campuses, and the highest density of casinos and gambling on the east coast.

We have 12 casinos and lots of beaches.  

We have lakes, rivers, beaches, mountains, NASCAR, casinos, ski resorts, summer resorts and wedding venues all over the region. 

There are also probably people that work in the Casino in OK that commute to Denton to live.The 380 corridor from Decatur to Denton to McKinney is one of the hottest growth areas of the country.
