@Chase Preston, is this the only full bathroom in the house?

Hello, our rental home had a/c unit drains into the p trap in one of the bathroom and clogged the sink in upstairs.

The best drywall job I got was when I had the entire first floor (9 foot walls and the ceiling too) -- living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, the back hallway, and the upstairs bathroom all drywalled AND textured for $2,000.

I might consider doing a cool blue for bathrooms to break things up a tad, pretty sure I would not go near a salmon color though!

So I basically would want a person who looks at the whole house and gives me the appraisal cost, the areas that need fixing (ex. kitchen cabinets, tiles, bathrooms, plumbing, electricity, etc.), and how much the cost would be.Then this way, I could decide to proceed or not based on the assessment.

Master bath has beautiful dual vanities, custom fixtures and tile shower.

I've found that Rentometer either overestimates or underestimates the rent depending on the location and condition of the property (e.g a house with updated kitchen, bathrooms and flooring will have a higher rent than a house where everything is 15 to 20 years old but still functional). 

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled and completely re-decorated by a professional stager.

Floor to ceiling tile, vessel sink, frame less glass shower door, and beautiful wainscoting outfit the bathroom.
