For each entity I own, I think I pay an average of $850 to $1800 every year with the exception that audits are billed at $250 per hour when meeting with auditors ad his office.

@D Mack Your seller is confused. 1) it’s CASH deposits over $10k that get reported, but they are simply recorded, they don’t trigger any audit or other scrutinization unless they are regular.

An IRS auditor could well make the case that because all these people knew each other up front, and had these relationships and NDP became a DP after the loan was refinanced, that the intent all along was to conduct a prohibited transaction AND to disguise the transaction.Whoever "son" is, he really must not do this.
