Don’t I need him to attend the final inspection?

I  attended a couple local commerical real estate meetings and when I left I felt great about the knowledge and guidance that I have been getting from Peter and CPA.

Do you attend any monthly meetups or the GOREIA? 

@Arya Chen Another suggestion is to look in the Events & Meetups section of the forums and attend some in person networking events even if you don't live in the areas you're considering investing, if you attend regular events and let people know what you're looking for - you'll be surprised at the connections you can make and where they can get you!

There is a monthly meet up in Newnan and Fayetteville that I attend, as im an Atlanta southsider.  

I would start attending meetups and going to events to get an idea of how others have started.Strategies are plenty.

Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to attend any seminars or classes (due to budgeting issues), and I can't study for a real estate agent liscense and join a club until I'm 18.
