I am thinking this will be a fair way to give more relief to the better longer term tenants, and does not require me to have one to one  conversations, reviewing evident of hardship, and making case by case decisions that may come back to me as being unfair treatments and playing favorites.To me using the last month's rent plus a rent credit may be something that can hold people over several months plus it's an incentive for longer term tenants (which are typically better tenants) to stay longer.

If that were to happen many trillions would be lost around the world and when there is that much $$$ involved, believe me there would be an effective treatment or vaccine found before that.

They treat it and do follow up treatments every two weeks.

But if you do lots of deals, you will want your own because they will give you preferential treatment, as well as discounts which may not be available from an agent.

You can often have the same company that did the CL100 do the treatment, but they don't always do both.

Anyone have any recommendations on a fair company and what the frequency of treatment should be?
