The conversation I had this week was with a frustrated individual who has a development deal that is ready to go, has no cash to invest, and is annoyed that he hasn't been able to get it financed yet.

People who work on commission/tips/bonus could be annoyed by the 2 year rule that can require almost 3 years of history with a company unless you perfectly start your commission based job in January.

The “salesman” is only trying to shove his “best price” down Tim’s throat when, at this stage, Tim is going to buy… but he wants to test drive a few versions first… Tim gets annoyed with the salesman, leaves and goes to the next dealership.

I agree that it is annoying, and I often assume when it isn't listed it is because they are rented below market and don't want people to price that in. 

That would be annoying if I had to fly over to Kansas from NY because of that.

It really depends on which inspector you get, but because of how annoying the inspections tend to be, we don't do it any more.

IRS gives instructions too but it doesn’t separate out a publication just for rental properties and it can be annoying trying to find what you need to know among other business topics.
