My ultimate goal is to house hack a 3–4 unit property.I’m seeking advice on how to accurately estimate the closing costs and monthly expenses associated with a multi-family property.

Wells Fargo ultimately turned me down because my specialist was completely clueless in general, and because she failed to accurately relay what I was telling her to her "internal contact" on the phone.

They would have been responsible for issuing and recording the mortgage satisfaction after they received payment.

A lot of you have seen my responses for different land investing programs & have reached out with questions.

I would want to see the invoice and have a chat with the PM about their responsibility to protect my income.

My accountant is showing rental property passive losses to be rolled over to 2018 on my tax docs and I don’t think that is accurate.

Would you say that is accurate and if so, would it be worth pursuing a conventional loan first because of the higher cost of a DSCR loan?
