From what I understand, and please correct me if my perception is wrong, when you borrow from a hard money lender you are making interest only payments to them.

I would start by calling your local historical society for referrals to contractors who work with plaster.

We as Americans are a consumer society.  

I had a business recently that I had a bad run in with get ahold of me through yelp and completely changed my perception after they admitted their issues and told me what they had done to fix them.Great post @Christian Brodin

Sorry, after 18yrs I find that those playing the 'I can out negotiate you' game are difficult later, so if I don't volunteer pay, I don't have problems.I know that seems harsh to a tenant, but everything we do sets perception of who we are.

The point being all of the people in the drill were underestimating perception of closing speed and reaction time.In practice people are using fine motor skills.

Not sure about a pitch from energy sales to RE, I don't think I'd mix the two, perception may fall off the professional side and I wouldn't want some bait and switch type thing.....LOL, like wanna sell your house?

Of course, among the people who do not respond to your offer, you may inadvertibently poison your list for later based on perception of your obviously opportunistic timing.

But I will say that I have always liked books that altered my perception or reference point.  

You have the passion and commitment of a person being called to the priesthood from what I'm gleaning.The only advice I can offer up about continuing your formal education is that the college experience is a time for grooming, maturing and becoming a more sophisticated and informed contributor to society.
