I'm considering making this property into more of a mid term rental as an interim spot for people that may have experienced a flood, fire or are moving or renovating and need an interim space. 

I do think some of the advice about getting some consults with agents so you know where you are at might help, but you sound half-renovated right now.Think back and really answer, why did you buy this when you did?
